Gluten-free bakery making artisan breads and sweet bakes.

On safety—We operate out of a shared kitchen where there are gluten-containing, prepared foods present occasionally. We are the only ones baking/cooking in the space. Any other food brought in is already prepared. We bake in a meticulously cleaned, used convection oven previously used for wheat products. We are not comfortable serving those that are extremely sensitive to gluten, but we do have customers who are diagnosed celiac who have found our bakes to be safe.

I ordered from The Free from kitchen once before, & will most definitely order again. The white sandwich bread is spectacular & I was able to eat it without having to toast it, which is not common in gluten free breads for me. As a note, you must order online beforehand & you'll be able to pick up during a time they're open for pickups. This is not a storefront & you can't go in at your own will.

The Free From Kitchen offers gluten-free artisan breads and bakes.

During our winter season, you can order online then pick-up at our bakery in Elizabethtown. You can also purchase in-person at our Kitchen during pick-up times with cash or card. Check out the events page on our website for upcoming pop-up shops.

We are "free-from" gluten and soy, artificial colors and flavors and GMOs. We use organic and local ingredients where and when we can. Each product has a full ingredient list with nutritional information on our website.
