Review of The Friendly Toast

The staff is well aware of Celiac Disease, they have pans designated for gluten free cooking, and they are conscious of cross contamination in the kitchen. The manager came over after we ordered and explained their kitchen procedure. They do have Udi's gluten free toast, though I stuck with eggs and home made corned beef hash.
