I'm a celiac and didn't get sick. My wife and I had the gf reubens. The bun was Udis which always tends to be dry. Dedicated fryer.
Staff is knowledgeable. Ask for Chef Robert. Separate prep area and food. Very safe.
They had a completely separate gluten friendly menu but had options that weren’t available for the season, making choices even more limited . They did have udi’s bun but mine was stale. It was standard theme park fare and really disappointing that it was our only option if we wanted an actual meal. There is really a huge lack of options here so I guess this is better than nothing!

Everyone very knowledgeable about GF menu and let me know that there was a separate kitchen for gluten free item preparation. There were lots of GF menu options. My son had Reuben and fries. He loved it! My son has celiac..no sickness at all! We would definitely recommend!!!

My favorite place and I wish I had gotten to eat there everyday of our trip! They were so careful (everything cooked in a separate area) and no one got sick. They had a great menu with lots of options including a Reuben on a GF bun with fries fried in a separate fryer. It was SO good!!! I haven't had a Reuben on a bun in 10 years. My kids shared the GF grilled sandwich and everyone else at the table was happy with their non GF meals!

Very knowledgeable, very accommodating and great food for a theme park. Menu had many options and reasonable pricing. Great quite place to get away and have a real meal!
Very happy with this place. They had a dedicated fryer for the fries. I got a chicken sandwich on an Udi's bun and didn't get sick at all. The staff at Dollywood took a course on gluten free meals so I'd feel safe recommending this for all celiacs.
I ordered lunch twice from the Front Porch Cafe and it was an awesome experience both times. First lunch was a chicken sandwich on an Udis bun with fries. Second lunch was a Cobb type salad with bacon and chicken. The staff was helpful and friendly. I spoke to the chef on my first day and he was very helpful and friendly.
