The menu says “almost gluten free”, on items, to their credit. And it’s literal. The “GF” pad Thai has soy sauce (not GF soy sauce) in its sauce. The owner admitted this. That’s not okay and not okay to even advertise as “almost” GF. People with Celiac beware. Run away.
