So grateful for this place on our vacation. My daughter could get safe, GF treats conveniently each morning for breakfast. Kind, helpful staff. And my husband enjoyed the free coffee that came with our purchase.

Went by 3 different times this week while in HH. Several dessert options to chose from as well as quiche, muffins etc. Muffin was a little dry but I loved the key lime pie!

I gave them a 5 based on appearance but I didn’t actually eat here as I am also allergic to dairy and soy. If gluten is your only issue, this bakery may well be for you as they had a large selection of baked goods that both smelled and looked delicious. If you have other food allergies though, you are likely to leave feeling very disappointed as I did. They only had a pumpkin muffin and a banana muffin that were gf/df/sf. Staring at a bakery case filled with so many amazing looking gf options, but then finding I was limited to the option of two muffins was very disappointing. That excitement other reviewers have described by having so many gf options was completely dashed for me. I left feeling very sad and disappointed and thus without making a purchase.

The staff was friendly, the bakery appeared clean and cozy, and the smell when walking in through the door was amazing. While I commend the owner for opening a bakery that is dedicated to being gf after two family members were diagnosed with a gluten intolerance, I would ask the owner to take into consideration other food allergies/intolerances when perfecting their recipes. Both Vegan Vee in Nashville, TN and New Day Cafe in St. Louis, MO have dedicated their restaurants to not only meeting the needs of people with gluten issues but also dairy, egg, soy, and nuts. With gluten, these foods make up 5 of the top 8 food allergens. It was my mistake to expect such a selection when I ventured into the G-Free Spot Bakery. I get that and I do not want to give a bad review to a bakery that delivers exactly what their name says. I would just ask the owner to consider expanding their options for people with multiple food allergies/intolerances. I would say though to parents of children with multiple food allergies, I wouldn’t have the heart to show a child an entire bakery case of such delectable looking baked goods to then tell them they can only have a plain muffin. I’m not a child, and the experience completely ruined my mood.

We ended up coming here a few times. It was great having a safe option while on vacation. The location is walking distance from Coligny public beach area. The sweets were delicious. The muffins we bought for an easy breakfast were a little too dense and heavy for our liking. They also make sandwiches using Udis bread.

Complexly gf so it was nice not to have to worry about cc. My son and I didn’t think the baked goods were spectacular, the cupcakes are super sweet and the cookies crumble very easily and aren’t the best I’ve ever had by any means, but it was nice to have gf options for these things.

Completely gluten free place so no worrries of getting sick. I got a lemon bar and oreo cheesecake bar and they were pretty good, oreo bar was a little dry. Muffins also looked dry but I didn’t get any so can’t be sure. Also a little expensive, it was $10 for those two things. Overall, not amazing but definitely not bad :)

Visited this bakery on our trip to HHI! As a person with a newly diagnosed wheat allergy, I find myself craving desserts the most on the GF diet... I was so happy when we found this place! I went a little overboard, but everything I tried was delicious. Coffee cake, chocolate chip and blueberry muffins, cupcakes, lemon bars, and brownies all were to die for! 😍 I will be back on my next trip to HHI, and I highly recommend!

THE RED VELVET CUPCAKES ARE TO DIE FOR!!! I miss red velvet sooo much since I had to start cutting gluten from my diet. I will be dreaming about it. My husband had the cinnamon crumb cake, and he was quite happy with it.

I drove over an hour to come to this bakery. It was totally worth it. The cinnamon coffee cake was moist and yummy. The carrot cupcake was so good. The frosting was delicious and there were big nuts in it! The staff/owner were so nice. I wish I lived here so I could come here everyday.

Simply the best GF cupcake I have ever had

Love this place! We ordered Boars Head sandwiches to start with then many desserts. The smores brownie was the best brownie I've ever had. The lemon bars were very lemony and tasty. My husband had the blond brownie and really liked it, not too sweet. We also have a mini coconut cake and mini red velvet cake for another day. The owners were kind and had 1st hand knowledgeable about celiac too. I'm in town for 5 days and plan to go back daily.

The ladies working were extremely patient and helpful. There is an abundence of delicious, beautiful good and all of it same for people with food allergies. It was a wonderful place to get a coffee cake, muffin, and coffee. The couple that came in behind us got gluten-free sandwiches that looked amazing!!

Great cupcakes! Went here a few times during our vacation! Can’t wait to come back and try some more delicious gluten free treats!! We had the crumb cake and a scone too. Everything was delicious! My husband doesn’t have celiac and enjoyed everything we bought! He said his crumb cake was better than regular crumb cake!! Great to have a safe place to get delicious baked goods!! Owner very friendly!!! Highly recommend!!

Wonderful dedicated gluten free bakery. Delicious (cupcakes were fantastic, scones etc looked great but did not try). Also make sandwiches. A little pricey, but absolutely worth it. Very friendly owner and staff. Definitely recommend a visit.

This is a DELICIOUS gluten free bakery. They had a vegan cupcake and dairy free brownie as well.... We got GF sandwiches that come on LARGE slices of GF bread. No fear of CC as the entire place is GF!!!!!

Had the chocolate chip cookies today. They were light and fluffy and awesome. We bought muffins for breakfast tomorrow and plan on heading back again soon! You can also order goodies and they will ship them to you!

Delicious vegan cupcakes! They are clearly aware of allergens. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the vegan chocolate cupcake. They are multiple gluten AND dairy free options.

This bakery is a gem! A great vacation treat. Crumb cake is amazing! Chocolate cupcake is moist and delicious. Bread pudding is very good too. I am planning to stock up before heading home.

If you’re Celiac (or not) this place is a MUST! The owner and her family are fantastic as is everything in her bakery case and the sandwiches! I splurged and got crumb cake, frittatas, key lime tart, a cream puff and two sandwiches. I wanted a blueberry chocolate mousse and regret not buying it. May go back tomorrow. The owner is conscientious even down to the creamer she serves. This place is safe & an absolute treat (literally). I’m bummed we have to visit HHI to eat here but we will be back every single time. Best bakery ever!! Staff is so nice and helpful!! The key lime tart was our favorite. The red velvet cupcake is great, and the carrot cheesecake was different and good. Looking forward to having things shipped to us back home!
