We chose the Gables based upon the recommendation of a friend and were very pleased with both the accommodations and the breakfasts. Christina and Alecia went out of their way to give us a variety of options that were delicious and filling from a fresh tomato, basil, and mozzarella omelet to the best gluten free pancakes with fresh made in Bethlehem maple syrup ever! They also were able to recommend great restaurants for dinner where the chef's were able to cook gluten free meals as well. Truly a terrific find!
