Fine dining that's both delicious and safe -- you won't feel like a second-class diner here. The restaurant is quite accommodating to coeliacs -- a separate gluten-free bread and muffins section at breakfast; a menu that is almost entirely wheat and gluten-free; safe desserts (!); and even a Buckwheat Lavosh with the cheese plates (if you ask for GF.)The staff was all quite knowledgeable and took great care so I could eat safely. Truly wonderful.
