AWFUL Basically nothing that is marked on the menu as gluten free is actually gluten free. They don’t even understand what it actually means. They fry everything in the same fryer but mark it as gluten free on the menu and then don’t know how to answer your questions. The server kept saying she’d go and talk to the kitchen to sort out what was safe for me and then NOT going to the kitchen but instead to the bar right next To us to make drinks for the five other people in the whole restaraunt.

Is it truly gluten free? I can’t say for sure. They seemed convinced it was but I unfortunately didn’t ask if there were dedicated gluten-free processes. They even claim to have gluten-free flatbreads, but they were out of stock when I went.
The food was great, but I can’t be certain they know the levels of “gluten-free” as many places “may contain traces” which for me should be considered gluten sensitive not gluten-free. Again, I should have asked and may call later to confirm.
For the moment, I feel okay. I got the Nashvegas burger, which was delicious but extremely unhealthy. I got it with fries of course.
