The Godfather, a long-standing pizzeria in East Hanover, New Jersey, offers, gluten-free penne, pasta, seafood dishes, that are automatically made gluten-free, and one of the best gluten-free pizzas I’ve had yet. The crust is so good that I thought they mixed up the labels on the boxes when I had delivery of a gluten-free pizza and a regular pizza, the same size. Turns out the better crust was gluten-free. They seem to understand about cross contact, and the allergy being serious. I’ve had two pizzas from them and not gotten sick. The food has always been delicious. It is a little pricey for some of the main dishes, but for a gluten-free pizza go for it.
They recommended I leave without eating - “flour is everywhere”, said they definitely couldn’t assure me my meal would be safe for a celiac.
Separate cutter and own tray
Only had pizza but very good and safe
