The chicken marinade has soy sauce, it's not GF! We actually didn't eat there because of that. all their sides seem to be GF.

I have lived in Frederick for two years now and this has become my favorite place for take out. Fast, friendly service of healthy and flavorful food cooked fresh every day. Could you ask for more? Sure! The price is fantastic, too!

This is a new Peruvian Chicken restaurant and much of their menu is gluten free. They do use soy sauce in their fried rice but they are planning to try to switch to gluten free soy sauce. They have very tasty chicken that is gluten free. Also most of their sides are okay. The fries are safe and no breaded items go into the fryer. I was told just the hand cut fries and plantains go into the fryers.
