Golden Mill is a fantastic spot. They do have gluten free options- Holidaily beer, wines, and the Rolling Smoke stand has GF options. Probably not 100% celiac friendly.

Rollin Smoke BBQ - all meats and sauces are gluten free. Most side options were gluten free. This was the only food vendor that listed gluten free on the menu.

Almost nothing at this place is Celiac safe. It is a food-hall style restaurant with multiple vendors inside. The current vendors have Mexican, sushi, ice cream, barbecue, and "comfort fusion" food (primarily varieties of fried chicken sandwiches). The sushi restaurant and barbecue place have some gluten-free items, but because they are working in such a small space the chances of cross-contact is VERY high. One of the employees at the sushi restaurant actually said they don't recommend anyone with Celiac eating there. And at the Mexican place they said their tortillas and chips all have wheat in them. The alcohol is also served through a drink station (imagine like a soda fountain mixed with a serve-yourself frozen yogurt place) and is mostly beer. There are a few wines and pre-mixed drinks (margaritas and moscow mules), but unless you go find an employee and ask about specific ingredients it is impossible to know which ones are truly gluten-free. It's unfortunate because the atmosphere was super fun. Just plan ahead and don't expect to have lots (or any) of options for food and drink.
