They have one item on their menu that is specifically called out as gluten free. However, the staff checked with the chef to see which other items and sauces were gluten free. Most of the chef's recommendations made sense except for one. He said the Yuzu Wasabi sauce was gluten free, but I didn't agree. A staff member brought out the container, and it listed wheat as one of its ingredients. I avoided this sauce and had a wonderful meal.
