The Good Food Bakery is a gluten-free home-based bakery in Chattanooga, TN.

On safety—All food cooked in the home is gluten-free. All bakeware and kitchen appliances are dedicated gluten-free. No gluten-containing flour is kept in the house. Any prepared gluten-containing items (minimal, but occasionally in the house such as bread or cereal) are kept out of the kitchen during commercial bakes.

The Good Food Bakery is a home-based bakery in Chattanooga, TN that specializes in making delicious food that just so happens to be free of gluten-containing ingredients. My goal is to bake delicious versions of the classic baked goods that you love to eat. I pride myself on using high-quality, clean ingredients - organic and local when possible - because what you get out can only be as good as what you put in. All bakes are small-batch and handmade fresh to order.
