Review of The Good Harvest Cafe

I am celiac and ate here recently. They don't have a gluten free menu, but they are knowledgeable about gluten. The choices are limited, but you can get a good meal if you're careful. I had a tenderloin medallion salad. It was quite large, had a number of fresh vegetables with a large amount of tasty, tender beef. It also included feta cheese, dried cranberries, and pecans. I enjoyed it very much, was able to take enough home for lunch the next day. Best of all -- I didn't get sick! UPDATE (9/16/2019): I have eaten here many times now, trying different things, and never gotten sick. Try the chicken and feta sandwich with no bread. Comes like a salad -- delicious! Or try the Alaskan Cod tacos; comes with soup (vegetable) and salad. Always ask for a house made dressing.
