No measures to prevent cross contamination. Recommendation from the host was that I could not eat there safely as flour was on the line. Even with a dedicated fryer for potatoes and wings it's right next to the other fryer so there's no guarantee something didn't fall in.
Called in for verification only to find out the gluten free fried fish for the fish taco is actually cooked in the same fryer as everything else. So beware of cross contamination risks
Clearly-marked menu, great balance in flavors, quality ingredients. Good breading to chicken ratio on the gluten-free fried chicken (and my first fried chicken sandwich in about a decade). Complimenting, roasted flavors in the Market Bowl.

Fryer is no longer dedicated. They added one gluten containing item that contaminated it.
Any fried products are not safe.
Otherwise what we were able to eat was very delicious and the staff was extremely cautious and accommodating.
Great food with so many gluten free choices! I enjoyed the fried chicken sandwich and hibiscus margarita. We loved the outdoor space and can’t wait to come back and try even more options.
Great spot for gluten free. I spoke to the owner and all their fried food is gluten free. They use a gluten free batter on their fish and chicken. Just request gluten free bread to make their sandwiches gluten free. I had the spicy chicken sandwich and it was amazing. The margaritas are also really good and there's a lot of nice outdoor space and a massive garden.
