they were wonderful about gf allergy. brought baked chicken and white rice to my table and I had some veggies from the buffet.

3 stars because my food was tasteless, cold, and tough. my family who is not gf also had tough food, overcooked steak, bland food, etc.

show was lovely. I suggest you ensure there are no events happening when you go. its a lot of money to pay to have half the audience speaking various languages throughout the entire show... and very loudly. incredibly distracting. while we loved the event overall, we were dissapointed.

I had an awesome experience. If you communicate you have Celiac, they will serve you food at your table so you don't have to worry about cross contamination at the buffet. The food was tasty and I got a ton of it, including dessert.

The standard offering is a buffet, so there is some inherent risk for cross contamination. However, all GF items are very clearly marked, and you can review a list of these items on their website ahead of time. We had no issues, but FYI, we were told that if you're concerned about the buffet options, you can ask to speak to the chef and they will make you your own separate plate. Overall, the food was delicious for a buffet, and had a fantastic variety. The discount drinks at the bar prior to the Luau were not the best tasting, but were very strong! There was an (included) open bar inside the Luau itself, once seating began. FYI - you can get serious discounts on tickets through Costco.

Very expensive!! This is a buffet. If I was judging the entertainment I would say 5 stars but this is a food app. Most of their entrees and sides were gluten free. I felt a little nervous for cc because it's buffet style but I felt fine after. My husband and daughter who are not celiac were not impressed with the taste of the food. I thought all of the food I tried was okay except for all of the meat options were dry and tough. They had an interesting GF coconut custard dessert that was good. Pretty decent for a buffet all in all. I would say if you are celiac the risk for cc is high because bread is sitting right next to other dishes.

Luau is a buffet but has clearly marked food, and servers were great to help clarify any questions. They also provided a gf dessert option. Please be sure to notify your attendant immediately and they will take care of you.
