Review of The Great Canadian Poutinerie

I have celiac so I called ahead to confirm they had a dedicated fryer for the french fries, and they said they have separate fryers automatically, and you don't need to specifically request it. All Locations have this. You just have to make sure to order the gluten free gravy. The poutine was incredible, I got the classic one in a Monster size, and it was huge! I don't know why anyone would ever need extra gravy or cheese because there was so much of both. Best gluten free safe poutine I've had!
