We are all about creating delicious, convenient, wholefood, take away meals to nourish our community. Our innovative green bowls are not only nourishing, but are plant based, gluten free, dairy free, and super healthy, filling a niche gap in the current market.
Why do we open on a Tuesday and Friday? The green bowl salad bar opens Tuesday’s and Friday’s offering pick up of our freshly made bowls on a Tuesday so customers can eat Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday. Opening again with fresh bowls on Friday, for weekend meals. Green bowl customers enjoy the benefits of having healthy, go to meals in their fridge during their busy week. Our Three Green bowls come in two different sizes small (feeding 1-2 adults) and large (feeding 3-4 adults) at an approximate cost of $8 per serve.
Our rotational menu assures variety of flavour, colour and nutrients. As the seasons change, we change with our 6-week rotational meal system. Every week, we are serving a different menu so it is a bit like having your own personal chef that takes away the thought, planning, shopping, chopping and time that many find challenging, all whilst working with the seasons. It is important to highlight that whilst providing for specific dietary needs, our bowls are inclusive of all. Our meat-eating customers often engage in conversation of a protein they’ve enjoyed as an accompaniment with our bowls. Including the meat eaters too, families and friends can congregate knowing appetites are satisfied.
