The Green Fork

The Green Fork in Long Beach is a healthy quick-service option that I enjoyed for lunch. You can either select a gluten free bowl from the menu or build your own. I personally chose to build my own bowl. The staff was very knowledgeable and they changed their gloves - pretty much the only thing I couldn’t have was croutons and some of the salad dressings. Delicious food and great portion size!!
