Review of The Greenhouse, LBI

I've visited this restaurant twice. The food is delicious! The first time I went, I was so impressed with the service and how knowledgeable the server was in helping me pick out menu items that were both gluten free and dairy free. The second time I went, neither the server nor the manager knew what was safe and what wasn't. They even advised me to stay away from the cole slaw because they said they weren't sure if the mayonnaise was dairy free (I've never heard of mayonnaise containing milk, so my only guess is that they mistakenly thought that eggs were dairy). It made me feel very uncomfortable about their ability to help me find safe foods on the menu.
