Review of The Greenhouse, LBI

The waitress got very defensive when I asked where the GF pancakes were prepared. If they advertise that they have many GF options, they should be willing to answer questions about cross-contamination. I shouldn't have worried though, they were obviously microwaved. The edges were overcooked and inedible. My son very much enjoyed his non-GF meal.
