Simply the best gluten free grilled cheese I’ve ever had. The gf bread was GOOD and each sandwich comes with a small cup of tomato soup for dipping!! A lot of the poutine is gf too. Topped it off with a wonderfully balanced lavender lemonade. All delicious!
Everything is carefully prepared separately so I didn’t get sick! Will be coming back every year!!!
I have celiac. I was incredibly nervous to eat here and never really eat places that aren’t dedicated GF. I’m a few hours out, and no symptoms. So far so good! Fancy grilled cheese sandwiches. Very tasty. Staff was knowledgeable about cc. I’d recommend!
Had a fantastic experience at the Grilled Cheese Gallery! They were amazing at reassuring me of all of their practices to keep me safe including the separate prep space, dedicated fryer, and separate cooking utensils. All of their sandwiches can be made GF (not the mac n cheese ones) and their poutine can be GF if you eliminate the gravy. Overall amazing experience and I did not get sick!

So nice to find a place for everyone to eat! Lots of gf choices with a dedicated fryer and prep space; staff was very knowledgeable and aware. I ordered the Unicorn salad which was really tasty and non-gf Hubby the Mac n Cheese Grilled cheese, with bacon; he loved it! Nice lemonade and iced tea too with tables outside and dog friendly.
This was by far one of the best gluten free experiences we had in p town. The owner is incredibly nice and helpful. They also have a dedicated fryer.

I had the #GCG and fries, and it was absolutely delicious! They assured me there’s a dedicated fryer, and they prepare the sandwich in a separate area of the kitchen. Overall great experience!
My sandwich was delicious, and fries were decent. They changed gloves and used a different color take out box to alert cook. I’m a strict celiac and felt good eating there.
Amazing food and the staff was so friendly, assuring us that the fryer was dedicated and showing us what kind of gf bread they use (Something Sweet Without the Wheat). A must if you’re in Ptown.

Very conveniently located right off the pier in Provincetown, super nice staff, and a GF grilled cheese sandwich! I had the #GCG… that’s their cheese, tomato, bacon sandwich on GF bread. All grilled cheese sandwiches come with tomato soup cup for dipping. Also got GF fries as they have a dedicated fryer. An easy and yummy meal after our whale watch.

Fantastic restaurant! Menu is on a board and staff showed GF items were in certain columns; had lots of GF options. Owner/staff very knowledgeable about cross contamination and had a separate fryer. Food was outstanding and beautifully presented. Highly recommend and definitely will return.

Amazing grilled cheese sandwich. I chose the one with tomato and bacon on a white gf bread. Could have had it on sourdough. Came with a gf homemade tomato basil soup and gf chipotle dip. Best ever!
Spectacular! So happy to hear they offer gluten free bread and vegan cheese!!! I felt like I was eating a regular grilled cheese. The owner was very very nice and helpful and showed us how everything would be safe for those with celiac. So yummyyyy!!!!! Amazing place!
Amazing grilled cheese & such nice staff! They were careful to call out when allergies are present and they use a separate space for gluten allergies. So many options to choose from! Would go back knowing it’s safe, friendly & I didn’t get sick. Highly recommend!
BEST Gluten Free sandwich i have EVER had! HIGHLY recommend!!! All the “Magical Grilled Cheese” can be made on gluten free artisan bread. Also have vegan cheese and vegan options!

Great food, good GF options, low in GF knowledge.
We asked them to change gloves and deliver fries on a separate plate, they did not do that.
When we asked about it to ensure that the food was safe the employee rolled his eyes and said that it “didn’t touch anything”.
This restaurant has tons of gf options! Nearly any sandwich can be made with GF bread and they're very cautious about cross contamination. Normally gf bread is tiny but these slices were large deli style bread. My sandwich was loaded high with steak, 4 cheeses, caramelized onions, kimchi, and kale. It was served with a small, freshly made, tomato soup and BBQ sauce for dipping. Since I'm used to tiny gf sandwiches i I also ordered a salad. I couldn't finish either. The portions are a good size. They also have a dedicated fryer for just French fries.
Those who dined with me aren't gf and enjoyed the wide selection as well!
Great recommendation from FMGF! I wouldn’t have thought to go there, it’s hidden behind the main street. They were super friendly and talked me through how they keep a separate area. Almost everything can be made GF and DF. And a separate frier for fries! A tiny bit pricey but it’s a touristy town. And the sando was delish!

Awesome grilled cheese! Sadly the Mac and cheese grilled cheeses cannot be made GF but all the regular ones can! All the gf ones are made separately so no cc. Plus the music and the chefs make a constant party in the kitchen!
So good! Totally separate area. Very allergy friendly. I got the chesterfield grilled cheese with a side of fries. My friend has a gluten/shellfish allergy, also feeling good, got the classic with fries. Such a fun find!
Great service, they were happy to show me their bread and vegan cheese and talk about cross contamination avoidance for gluten, dairy and soy allergies. I was able to have a grill cheese sandwich with gf bread and vegan cheese and pulled pork. They fully cleaned the grill before making it and have a separate prep station for gf food and fryer for fries. Highly recommend!
This place was awesome! It’s such a fun restaurant and the staff are so friendly. They were completely unphased when I asked about gluten free. They have a separate prep station for it, the sandwich is grilled separately and cut with a clean utensil. The fries are fried in their own fryer as well so there’s no risk of cross contact there either. While neither of us have a dairy allergy, I know they have dairy free cheese as well, which I know some people are looking for. They really seem like they try to make it so as many people can eat there as possible. My boyfriend and I both loved our grilled cheeses and I’m sure we will be coming back during the summer!
The best place we’ve been to in MA so far. My grilled cheese was that kind of incredible that’s so good it makes you go “this is gf… right?” (It was!). The service was awesome, both people there were super sweet and amenable to dealing with my Celiac, they made care to cut it using a non-gluten item and took me seriously. Then he even came out to check I enjoyed it! All the non gf people also really enjoyed their meals, so just awesome all around. Can’t recommend enough. This was the perfect intro to Ptown!!

Wonderful! I had a dairy free, gluten free original and it was amazing! I would go back over and over again! The owner and his wife were so nice and attentive to details to not cross contaminate. Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend the grilled cheese gallery!! They were amazing! They can make any grilled cheese gluten free and have dairy free cheese! I unfortunately can’t do dairy or gluten and the sandwiches were the best grilled cheese I’ve ever had! A must go to if in Provincetown!
Gluten Free bread and grilled cheese sandwiches are delicious. Also had a side of gluten free fries. Staff are incredibly friendly and service oriented. A cute, quick, quaint, lunch spot and respite from wandering commercial street.

They didn’t get anything wrong and the staff were so friendly and understanding. I asked for this beef rib poutine and the chef adjusted it for me with also being dairy free. The food was also so good 11/10 taste. They were so friendly and overall the food was so so SO good I was in heaven. Definitely coming back
Wife and daughter both CD got the basic grilled cheese which was very good. fries were great and the staff was awesome. This was a great quick stop in Ptown. Non GF was also fantastic!
Yay! Kid friendly vegetarian options, safe grilled cheese in a dedicated space, dedicated fryer for tasty fries, knowledgeable and friendly staff who knew what they were doing. A BIG win!!
I had a great experience eating here! They have a dedicated grill for gluten free bread and fries too. The bread also tastes normal and not crummy. Definitely recommend !
The food here was delicious. They had gluten free bread and can do any of the sandwiches. It was great for our family of 4 and a nice break from all the seafood we have been eating (they did have some lobster items if you want seafood though). We would definitely eat here again.

The gluten free bread they use tastes like, well bread. I almost forgot I was eating gluten free food. Since the only fried items were the fries I was told those were safe too.
The sandwiches come with a little dipping cup of soup that's very good. The fries crisp but not dry come with a side of ketchup and anotyer dip that goes with the sandwich. The presentation feels fancy despite the whole meal coming in under 20 and the staff is very friendly and attentive.
When I went the second time they ran out of gf bread and the owner/manager felt horrible. When I went in the next day he popped up and was apologetic about the day before, he expedited my order and really doubled down on the hospitality, which was already firing on multiple cylinders. I admit I was visibly sad when they had run out of bread but these things happen and the fact he remembered despite it being bonkers busy all the time ended up showing me how much they care about their gluten free customers.
I had the three cheese one the first time and pulled bbq the second time. While I enjoyed the pulled pork I think I liked the more basic one more. The bbq one overpowered all the other tastes where as the more traditional one let all the flavors mingle and work off each other.
Great option for kids. Had good celiac protocols. Separate pan for gf grilled cheese. Dedicated fryer for French fries. Covered work area when prepping. We enjoyed our fancy grilled cheese, tomato soup and fries.
