Review of The Grilled Cheeserie Melt Shop

They don't have dedicated space, but I've never gotten sick eating here and I've probably eaten about 50 sandwiches from them. I'm being serious. I love this place. I guess it depends how sensitive you are, I don't have celiac so I can't really say how safe or unsafe it is for everyone else. Just that I've eaten many many meals in this building and never gotten sick.
