First, let me say that the staff were friendly and very helpful! Our server was fantastic in helping me navigate their menu and my strict gluten free needs as someone with Celiac Disease. She walked through the menu with me and went back to the kitchen at least three times to verify food prep with the chef. Unfortunately, they hadn't been able to install their dedicated GF fryer (as of 03/24) and everything else, burgers, etc., are cooked on shared surfaces with gluten containing items. The only Celiac safe item on the menu was the Chili. It was delicious but a bowl of chili and nothing to accompany it was disappointing. I do understand that there are people with Celiac disease who accept more risk when eating out. I personally found there to be too much risk to consider eating here again. I would happily give our server 5+ stars for her knowledge and desire to make me feel safe and the same for the chef's willingness to answer our endless questions. I also appreciate the warning on their menu and website that those with Celiac will need to evaluate safety for themselves. However, based strictly on the options available to me, I have to say that I can only give this restaurant a 1 star. :(

It was okay, I double checked that the bun they gave me was gf and thank goodness I did because it was not. They ended up having to remake it for me, it was an okay burger.
