We mentioned that I was a coeliac when we booked, on arrival they went through the gf options without being asked, they were very knowledgeable about the cooking methods etc. Was a shame there wasn't gf info on the menu but actually by them going through it with me I felt much more confident than I would have been if there was just a gf mark. No gf bread but that's not really a bad thing!
