Ordered the tenderloin as an add on to a salad, took one bite & tased what tasted like teriyaki. Immediately called the restaurant, and asked if it was marinated in teriyaki or soy sauce & if it was gluten-free… I was assured it was safe. So against my better decision-making I took another bite. It definitely tasted like teriyaki so I spit it out regardless of the assurance. Well I got sick anyway. It’s definitely not gluten-free. After the fact, I looked it up online and found that out. I know it’s a pain in the ass to research every bit of food you order online beforehand, but it seems necessary due to the ignorance of food allergies with food workers.

I used to work at this location, I often got free meals however I would get sick every single time. They have multiple different fryers but only use one/two of them so there fross contamination. Even with salads I would get sick as none of them change their gloves, even if you ask/specify you have an allergy or are celiac. I was told they were too busy to change their gloves when I asked.

Their website said that they had gluten free french fries but when I got there, they said that they didn't have them gluten free and the staff could give me no information about cross contamination in anything. I did not get anything because I didn't trust it, but as far as I could tell it didn't seem very celiac friendly.
