Edit 2024 they no longer have gluten free home fries, and were out of GF pancake batter. We didn't have as good of an experience this year.
My daughter got the gluten free pancakes, I got scrambled eggs with bacon, and I got gluten free toast and home fries. The food was delicious and we had no issues. I'd definitely recommend this place.
I had high hopes. There was indoor and outdoor seating right at the edge or a canal which was nice. Servers were friendly but they didn’t seem connected to service or the food. The pancakes were terrible and the French toast was an alice of Udis at $5.50 per slice. The pancake was a box mix that she didn’t know anything about. I had the avocado toast with a dippy egg and bacon and that was good but the toast tasted old. Will not be back even though she did refund me the cost of the pancake.
I usually come for lunch no problems. My husband (not Celiac) decided to take me for breakfast. On recommendation by the server I tried one of the breakfast wraps. They have gluten free wraps I asked all the questions how is the breakfast wrap made. Told in a separate area. I had the breakfast Cali avocado wrap. It came out well put together and tasty. And the tasty. The selection the server chose for me was absolutely great great service great food and no side effects
As soon as I mentioned a gluten allergy, the waitress said "Oh, celiac?" And I knew I was in good hands. She assured me that they have lots of celiac customers and take great care and she'd let the kitchen know.
I asked if the hollandaise was gluten free and she said it absolutely was and they had gluten free English muffins. I was able to order the lobster Benedict special and it was amazing.
I also ordered a side of gluten free pancakes, and while they're not the best gluten free pancakes, they're still pretty decent. Overall I'm super happy.
This is my new favorite breakfast place!
Great find with really nice atmosphere (both indoor and outdoors), friendly staff, prompt service and good gluten free selection. The two waitresses we spoke to about celiac safety were accommodating and happy to verify with the chef that eggs were cooked on a dedicated side of the griddle apart from the regular French toast and pancakes. Ordered the GF French Toast and was pleased. Really good experience overall.
We had a very nice mid morning breakfast. On the regular menu it lists gluten free toast, English muffins, pancakes and French toast. I had a sampler with eggs, hash brown, sausage, bacon and pancakes. Not a fan of the pancakes but that’s just me and the rest was quite good.
