The Hardshell has many GF items including a dedicated fryers for fries. They also have many GFO. Several good items on the happy hour menu too.

Very tasty food! Not a ton of gf options but definitely enough for most tastes. Double check the gf fryer though, our server literally said “our fryer is full of gluten.”

Review
I have Hashimoto's and avoid egg, soy, gluten and dairy. That bring said, I had no trouble having a delicious dinner consisting of: broiled rockfish, roasted potatoes and roasted Brussel sprouts. I was able to have a tossed salad with lemon vinegarette. They do have a dedicated fryer and waitervwas knowledgeable. We will definitely put them on our list of good places
