The Harvest Bar is hands down one of my favorite spots to eat. It offers a great selection of delicious options to choose from. It’s hip, nutritious, and has a nearly 100% gluten-free menu! Those suffering with celiac disease or gluten-sensitivity know just how difficult it is to find GF options on the go. The Harvest Bar offers a great selection of GF breakfast choices and pre and post-workout snacks, many of which I can’t get enough of! For breakfast, I always have a hard time deciding between the steel-cut oats topped with fresh berries or the quinoa oatmeal because they are both so unbelievably creamy and deliciously good; for lunch, I’m addicted to The Protein Bowl, made with acai, banana, peanut butter, cacao nibs, dates, and hemp milk. What I also love is that their menu is frequently updated to include many seasonal and new trending GF items. Some of my favorites include the fresh coconut water served straight from the nut itself, and their wide-selection of dairy-free iced coffee drinks made with the delicious and refreshingly drinkable low-acid Stumptown coffee. So if you want to satisfy your sweet tooth without stressing over possible gluten ingredients and unnecessary added sugars, give this place a try. Your stomach and scale will thank you!!
