1. No, not everything in the building is gluten free. The owner has a table with things from other vendors. As this establishment is advertised as 100% gluten-free, I thought nothing of buying one of these local treats... and ate a wheat-flour donut. I realized after a few bites, but was still massively sick.

2. Regardless of this incident, the food is dreadful. Bland and tasteless. We had ordered a few different items, but neither my husband nor myself could choke them down. We ended up ordering food from somewhere else and throwing the meals in the garbage.

Edited to Respond: You're a liar. Flat out. I was sick for DAYS and had to miss work. Don't advertise as dedicated gluten-free when you have an ENTIRE TABLE of unmarked food

Our kitchen has been 100% gluten free since 2019, so the donut you're referring to was from about 3 years ago

We haven't had local products in the store since may 2021, and they were also all 100% gluten free

Update: lol I’m not lying. There haven’t been non gluten free donuts in my building since 2019. So once again you’re wrong. You ate a donut off of a table clearly labeled with a different businesses logo. I remember the day it happened. I was there. You bought items from me and the other business with out asking questions or even once mentioning you were celiac. You ate the donut on the way out the door and then came back in and asked if it was gluten free and that was the first time you mentioned being celiac. I don’t really care that you don’t like my food. But you’re wrong about how any of this went down. It was 4 years ago not sure why you’re still so hung up on this lol

This place is a great find! Dedicated gluten free and they have both baked goods and prepared food. I got the salmon and veggies prepared meal and a cookie. Both were excellent and the prepared meal was a generous portion! The owner was very welcoming and helpful!

Entire place is gluten free. No need to have the "gluten talk". The guy working was super chill and very nice. You can order to go hot food or frozen meals. We ordered a pork quesadilla and a buffalo chicken sandwich. We went to a park and enjoyed a terrific meal. I also got to go chicken enchiladas and my boyfriend got to go salmon patties. We haven't tried those yet but they look good. My quesadilla was massive. I had it for three meals. 🤤🤌 Can't wait to go back.

We’ve picked up food from this spot several times. The dishes are flavorful and generously portioned. The pot pie, chicken enchiladas, turkey bulgogi, and salads and brownies are really good. The chicken and waffles are top notch! Could eat that dish more often than anyone probably should 😊 We keep trying new items and have not been disappointed. Glad to have this great spot nearby.

I just read the review about it not being a 100% gluten free kitchen. I know the owner and have been buying from them for many years and it most definitely is and has been for about 2 years now. There was a time early on where another vendor was selling items in there that were not gluten free but they were clearly labeled with their ingredients and a very large sign that it was a different vendor. During this time he was he was very clear to all customers that he was not 100% gluten free. The owner made a commitment a couple of years ago and took a financial hit by not renting to others to make the kitchen 100% gluten free as it is now!!

I have ordered many premade meals and desserts, and they are all delicious. There is a lot of variety in the GF pizza options week to week, and each one is better than the rest! It’s been extremely convenient to have a fridge and freezer stocked with tasty, easy meals!

There is no risk for cross contamination since the whole menu and kitchen is gluten free! I have been ordering from here for years and really love the breakfast options and all the pizzas are delicious. The food is always ready on time and it’s so easy and convenient.

The entire building is gluten free. I stopped in last Sunday when their storefront is open and got one of their pizzas- chicken bbq - it was fantastic. Also had a super berry smoothie with coconut and chia and a Cheddar Herb Biscuit Bacon Egg & Cheese for later - it was all amazing and the service was great. Nice local place, family owned - great people.
