I think this place could be hit or miss. Perhaps when the owner is here, they are more readily able to sort through what is safe and what is not. May be ok for people who are gf but not safe for CD. I was glutened here and got very sick after being told that the only thing I couldn’t eat was the spaghetti.

So incredibly happy that I had the opportunity to eat here. As said in the other reviews, the owners make everything off the land. You are welcomed by the mother as soon as you enter, she brought my boyfriend and myself right over to explain what I could and could not eat (the only thing I couldn't eat was pasta/bread and cookies) but otherwise everything is accommodated. On top of that the food was just plain good home cooking, and on a chilly day in Tupper lake, who wouldn't want that?! I finished my meal off with their crustless pumpkin pie and added some of the maple custard on top. If you are in the area and are celiac or GF, this place is without a doubt, the best choice you'll make.

This family makes all the food they serve with organic ingredients off their own farm. You are always greeted when you walk in and they walk you over to the buffet line and go through each item they made answering any questions and letting you know if your allergen is present. There was only two things in today’s buffet I could not eat, the rest, countless items, were gluten free. Even though the pasta was regular pasta they even offered to make me gluten free pasta if I wanted it. Best part, it’s only $8 for a plate (as much as you can put on it) or $15 for all you can eat (go up as much as you want). They always have dessert, too. And fresh local produce. You have to give this place a try! Eating here is like eating a holiday dinner with your family where everything is made from scratch.

Homemade everything. Food from local growers. Knowledgeable about all ingredients. Helped us find food that was safe for GF, DF, and peanut/tree nut/sesame-free family.

Business has moved to 320 Park St. They do not have GF Waffles at this time but have a huge buffet and salad bar with dozens of gluten free options as well as gluten free ingredients in the market area.
