The owner is passionate and knowledgeable about gluten free baking and cooking. Everything that she makes in house is gluten free (she's also experimenting with more paleo and keto stuff, if you're into that). Regular bread is offered, but it isn't made in house, so there isn't wheat flour flying around the kitchen. I had an amazing empanada plate with rice and beans. My husband had the BLTT sandwich, and said it was fantastic. We were stuffed, so we took brownies to go.
