Proceed with caution. Their staff isn’t well-trained and it’s easy to get glutened.

This restaurant is not recommended for those with serious food sensitivities or allergies due to the number of errors on their menu and lack of knowledge/training of staff. If you avoid gluten for lifestyle reasons or are not very sensitive, there are quite a few food options including 5 starters, chicken wings, salads, burgers/ sandwiches with gf buns, 3 entrees, and street tacos. I had Andrea's exotic black bean and chickpea dip from the starter menu and loved it. It was unique and memorable. 10 gluten-free beers. Most are ciders. Some come in large containers (750 ml) and are quite expensive ($22), but several are affordable.

Make sure you really look at the menu and question the waiter about your order. Even I went they had several things labeled gluten free but contained flour and barley. They had a dip labeled gluten free that was made out of beer, seriously? If you're gluten free by choice it'll work but if you have a sensitivity or are Celiac take their menu with a grain of salt and ask all the annoying questions you need to.

At first I was encouraged because the menu designated some gluten free options and advised you to notify waitstaff of allergies. Upon further look it shows that all the tacos are gluten free, yet is says the fish tacos are battered. I told my waitress about my gluten and dairy allergy and asked what was safe. She said all I could have is the veggie tacos or a black bean burger with gluten free bun. I asked why I couldn’t eat anything with meat (breadcrumbs? Marinades?) but it’s turns out she didn’t know the difference between gluten free and vegan. I asked to speak to someone more knowledgeable and while they knew the difference they couldn’t tell me what was in anything. She said she didn’t know if the fish tacos have gluten, but proceeded to say they are battered in flour. I voiced concern over their lack of knowledge and they said the menus just come to them that way and they don’t actually have any training on food allergies and they didn’t seem to care or understand the seriousness. I can not recommend this place for anyone with food allergies.
