Review of The Hollar

Although they don't have a gluten-free menu, they are very knowledgeable about celiac disease. They asked me if scraping the grill would be sufficient, or if I wanted them to use a separate skillet for my burger, which I did. The waitress was gracious about checking on specific ingredients, such as the barbecue sauce on the burger I wanted to order. I felt very confident, and the food was delicious!
