Review of The Hop Ice Cream Cafe

I was visiting the area and was excited to see an ice cream place with both dairy and gluten free options. When I arrived, the gentleman seemed very unsure about if they were able to accommodate ice cream without cross contamination, and confirmed they had no tubs in the back. When I called the other location, they knew exactly what was gluten free, but weren’t willing to pull a tub from the back given it was in a deep freezer and could not be scooped quickly. Disappointed.
