They have a dedicated frier, full GF menu, and are very good about cross contamination. A previous review said all sauces are GF, but after checking with the kitchen staff, the waitress informed me none were GF (which was pretty disappointing after already I had already ordered pulled pork). So overall the food was good but I wish there was a GF sauce option.
