The Hoste

Had an overnight stay. Had a flare up 48 hours before therefore very nervous. Menu clearly stating gluten free options , plus adaptions ie pate breads exchanged if requested. Advised separate part of kitchen is preparation. Had a wonderful venison meal, Dessert limited to one however after such a scrumptious dinner not a concern. Staff returned regularly to check all ok, very friendly without being over powering. Breakfast again menu rolls adapted to suit my needs.
