NONE of the sauces are gluten free. There are 2 options that are supposed to be safe. Tacos and a frito green chili pie. I'm taking a chance on the frito pie. The brisket in it was good but there wasn't much. The green chili was very spicy. If the reviews had been accurate, I wouldn't have eaten here. I wouldn't choose it again.

Brand new BBQ in Sterling. Owner/operator Andy M. Has been running BBQ joint in Peetz by the same name for years. He’s now brought his delicious meats to Sterling. All meats and bbq sauces are GF. The green beans and coleslaw are also GF. I’m celiac and have eaten here and in Peets numerous time with no problems. fried foods are not GF.
