So many great gf options! Sandwiches can be made with gf bread, and the gf pancakes are a nice treat! The only bummer was their fries are made in a shared fryer.

The staff is super knowledgable about ways to make adjustments to keep everything gluten free. Options include pancakes, waffles, & omelettes. Unfortunately the house potatoes are not gluten free because they are fried in a shared fryer. Recommend being added to the waitlist online as waits during peak hours can be long!

Food is good, but the staff seats some people more quickly than others. They do not take reservations on weekends and you can watch some people walking up, getting seated faster than others and leaving, the ones they make wait also get seated in the back half of the restaurant. 1 star for unfair treatment by staff

The server expressed understanding of celiac needs and wrote it on the ticket. The totally awesome kitchen manager came to my table and chatted, noting that they had taken an 11 hour class on allergens. AND, the gf French toast was delicious! Will make sure I go here each time I am back in town.

Loved the gf berry French toast. I probably wouldn’t get anything else; the French toast is clearly their gf “claim to fame”.

Nice breakfast with options. Was so excited to see gluten free pancakes and French toast on the menu. The server was extremely knowledgeable and when I ordered was quick to explain what I could and couldn’t eat once I explained my needs.

I was looking for a unusual brunch option since my fight home had been delayed. I got the very berry French toast. The aroma was amazing as it was brought to my table. It was sweet and satisfying.

Gluten free french toast and pancakes. They have separate grill for true gluten free. Huge portions and yummy food. Service was a bit slow but still well worth it.

they seemed to really get it, and my bread was very good, but unfortunately I suspect cross-contamination, I was sick as soon as I finished... I would consider trying again, but not anytime soon.

I had such a wonderful experience there! My Girls and I are GF ( me :Celiac) with additional sever food allergies . I told the waitress I had a Soy allergy & needed Gf ~ she was very helpful in sending out the chef ~ Courtney. Courtney was so gracious & accommodating . She really made me feel like I was in good hands and comfortable to know I was safe eating there. It's not often I get that feeling . She modified a salad for me since all their meats and grill use soybean oil and it was Superb ! My girls had the Giant Mickey Mouse GF pancake and GF French toast- they loved it!! & they validate parking! Bonus!!

Service was friendly and gf blueberry pancakes were delicious. Server seemed knowledgeable. Very friendly. But I think there was some cross contamination in the kitchen. I had a bit of a negative reaction. Not good. Really bummed. I was hoping to finish the pancakes for another breakfast! I say Yes to celiac friendly with caution.

I love that The Hudson Cafe can make any of their sandwiches with gluten free bread at no additional cost. I got the Chipotle Chicken Sandwich and it was very yummy. Bread fell apart quickly but that's kind of how it goes with GF bread unfortunately.

The chef came out to talk with me about the gluten free options available, including French toast, omelets, and pancakes. The server also said they have a dedicated grill for gluten free food. So happy the people who work here know what they're taking about!
