I’ve read reviews and made reservation. Got quinoa salad was promised it’s gluten free,on my first day of vacation, I got very sick.I would not recommend this place if you celiac.Nowadays there are not enough staff and everyone is busy.Server stopped once to take order. The views are incredible and if you are able to sit outside otherwise,I will not be returning.
No gluten free menu, but our server was great. I have additional dietary restrictions as well that make it hard for me to order, even when places offer gf. (Dairy, soy, tree nuts are also off the table) They do offer GF buns. I tend to gravitate to the easiest foods to modify when eating out to make it easy on the kitchen and safer for me. I modified the cheeseburger and had a house salad instead of fries. It was delicious and I didn’t get sick. For those who can have dairy, they even have a gf brownie on the dessert menu.
We had some of the best burgers we ever eaten at The Hudson! The server was very aware of the gluten free options on the menu, and knew which items contained soy sauce or were fried in a shared fryer. The view at this restaurant is amazing, and the food was so good that we went there twice on our short trip. I noticed that they have a gluten free brownie desert as well, although we didn’t try it. I’ve found that it’s often difficult to find GF desserts other than ice cream, so it was nice to see that on the menu.
No GF menu, but the server was knowledgeable and helped me find something safe to eat. I had the charcuterie board with GF bread and a burger on a GF bun. The waitress informed me that the fries were not safe because they're fried in a shared fryer, but helped me find a GF side.
