You can get an Udi's bun or a lettuce wrap. Workers are careful, but cross contamination can occur with opened condiments that are spooned out, or from the hot dog tongs when placing into a bun, so they will make you a new hot dog with newly opened toppings if you are celiac vs sensitive. Takes about 15 minutes. The hot dog cooker is dedicated gluten free. Owner is celiac but not always on site.
