This is the first restaurant I’ve visited in Kigali that is very aware of gluten intolerance and Celiac disease. They asked upfront and our server was able to be clear about what was safe and what wasn’t. Our group received complimentary individual ‘welcome’ appetizers, and mine was swapped out for a gluten free safe option (sweet potato and guacamole). Like a lot of restaurants in Kigali, there are a ton of meat + veg + starch options, but there were more than usual to choose from here. I did not ask if they had a dedicated fryer. The food was excellent!
