Been here multiple times. Most popsicles are gluten free, celiac knowledge varies on who is working but the staff is very accommodating and read off ingredients for the pop I was interested in to give peace of mind. They do state they cannot guarantee no cross-contact but I’ve visited plenty of times with no issues.
Fun shops with a great variety of flavors of homemade popsicles. Although the employees weren’t very knowledgeable about GF, their website has clear markings if you look at the details about a given flavor (I think nearly all are GF).

We had their DF Strawberry & Watermelon Hibiscus flavors. Both were very fresh and good.
Was warned of potential cross contamination due to processing, but took the chance based off many previous reviews. Honeydew Green Tea and Strawberry Lemonade popsicles were amazing. No symptoms of cross contamination after eating here.
All gluten free, though processed in a plant that processes wheat. We felt safe eating here, and the popsicles were delicious!
Almost all gluten free and everything was individually wrapped.
We love hyppo pops! They are so good and the ingredients are clearly labeled. Have been eating here for years and the pop trucks come through our neighborhood in the summer. The only popsicle that contains gluten is their beer pops and all of their equipment is thoroughly cleaned between making pop flavors. My son and I are super sensitive celiacs, he ends up hospitalized with the smallest amount of gluten, and we’ve never had a reaction. We get hyppo pops weekly as a treat.

Great popsicles but chance of cross-contamination because of beer. Not celiac-friendly.
The blueberry-açaí was very flavorful! Three times the flavor of any other popsicle of that type.

While I have been here multiple times in the past and loved their pops, on this visit I learned that they have started producing beer pops on the same equipment as the fruit ones. Unfortunately due to cross contamination, as someone with Celiac Disease, I no longer feel safe eating here. We were so disappointed!!

Went here for popsicles based on reviews. Kids enjoyed the flavors they picked..they have quite an interesting variety. Child with Celiac had no issues after. Big thumbs up to this business!!

Amazing gourmet popsicles - all gluten free! A must when we visit St Augustine.
All items are Popsicles with all natural ingredients and gluten free. Lots of dairy free options as well.
