We spoke with Chef Mark before our arrival at the Inn since the accommodations include three meals a day. He was very knowledgeable about Celiac and accommodated our 5 year old with GF options throughout our trip. She ate eggs, pancakes, muffins, hot dogs, Mac n cheese, etc.
