The dinner was not problem, At breakfast i was a bit panicked due to cross contamination. If you are a celiak you can't eat anything from the breakfast buffet. When explaining this they were understanding and made me gf toast with jam from an un opened jar, gf cornflakes, cooked me a tomato, spinach, fish and hashbrowns in an separerade frying pan. So they didn't have knowledge but when given they made a big effort to make me feel good. So communicate well and you'll have no problem.
