Seriously the best gf French bread I’ve had since diagnosis. Also it lasted for days! Normally I after the first day I have to toast gf bread because it feels stale. I was still having sandwiches 4 days later! Also has lots of options, bread, buns, lemon tarts, pre made gf sandwiches and other pastries. They kept things very separate and packaged my goods in a separate bag then my husbands

They take gluten free seriously and has day where they cook their gluten free. Has tons of options to choose from. There more gluten free options than gluten.

When I was diagnosed celiac my dietician told me about this bakery because I knew I’d miss summertime hot dogs and they aren’t the same without buns! I drove 1.5 hours today to get the gluten free bread, hotdog buns and hamburger buns and they are the best I have ever had for gluten free baking. Like you won’t even know it’s not real bread. I’ve not been sick even once from it and I’m super sensitive to gluten contamination so I’d say they take the proper precautions for everything they have. Love this bakery!

The GF bread tastes amazing.but they bake regular bread and GF bread the same day in the same space. Unfortunately my little guy got sick.

The bread is the best gluten free bread anywhere. The gf coffee cake is next level in gf baking. If you are celiac you need to stop here and stock up. You will not be disappointed. I drive here for 2 hours just to purchase my bread. I love this place! I am a celiac and have never had any issues ever at this bakery. I have eaten their bread for three years.
