Review of The Iron Horse Grill

I was nervous because the waiter didn’t seem to know what gluten was at first he said they had nothing that was gluten free there, then I looked at the menu and I see just a few items marked gluten free but other items that generally are naturally gluten free were not marked but the manager came over and apologized for the waiter not knowing about gluten and he asked us what we wanted and he could tell us if they could make it gluten free for us and we said we were wanting to know if the shrimp and grits were gluten free and he said yeah it’s definitely is gluten free the only reason why it’s not marked gluten free is because it’s served with a bread roll. That seems really dumb to me that they wouldn’t mark things as can be served gluten free or something like that but we had them and it was the best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had they were amazing.
