The menu marked GF selections. I chose the veggie stir fry with grilled shrimp added. The waitress assured me that the kitchen could prepare this meal safe for someone with Celiac. Gluten was detected with my Nima tester. The server was apologetic and helpful as she brought me a menu and discussed my replacement options. By the time I received a salad to replace my meal, everyone in my party had finished eating. I chose to not add a protein to the salad since I did not know the source of cross-contact.
