I learned early on on the island you need to say you have a “severe gluten allergy” as all of the servers appear to be trained in what that phrase entails and are pleasant and accommodating. So thats the key phase on the island regardless of your GF circumstances at every place to eat and drink to get efficient and effective true GF safety treatment. Their ice cream is not marked GF and they do not have a lot of GF options once you sort it out but they were the best about GF protocol after sharing that you have an allergy - changing their gloves, getting a new clean scoop, and separate spoons out of a sealed container. Their ice cream is delicious too.
