We went right when they started serving dinner because I was very nervous to eat out. There weren’t a lot of people there so I felt like the kitchen would be less chaotic and less chance of cross contamination. We got the steak, potatoes and veg and they were great. Kitchen and bar tender (we sat at the bar) did a great job would eat here again, but only when it’s not crowded.

Gluten free buns are available. The menu is clearly marked for gluten free options. No gluten free options for dessert. However, wait staff was very accommodating and I was able to have ice cream with strawberries. I got the smothered chicken and it tasted incredible. I would go back. Definetly reccomend!

Ordered a bunless sandwich and waitress suggested a side salad to replace the fries that are made in a shared fryer. Sandwich came out with a bun and I told the bus girl who brought it I have a medical condition and can’t accept the food as is and to not just take the sandwich off of the bun and bring it back to me. I watched her pull the bun out and bring it back to me. I said it had to be remade and my waitress showed up and took care of ensuring my food was remade this time. Disappointed it took them twice.

Staff was very helpful. I got the junction burger with a GF bun. Staff informed me the fryer is no longer dedicated so I got a side salad.
The staff has no knowledge of allergies. Most staff speak English as a second language. If you have celiacs I would stay away! I ordered a bun less burger with no fries(shares fryer) burger came out with fries.
The staff's knowledge is extremely limited.

It’s gf friendly with an asterisk.. we called ahead- spoke to chef Lam, he also came to speak with us when we got there. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about CC, a big part of the kitchen is gf. They have gf buns for burgers and a dedicated fryer for fries. We dined in two nights- they got it right the first time- gf burger, gf bun with gf fries on a separate plate. Everything tasted great. Second night we ordered the same thing- got gf burger with gf bun and non gf fries- only realized it when they brought gf fries on a separate plate... by then half of the cc’ed fries were already eaten... The manager came to the table but failed to grasp the severity of the mistake, and didn’t even apologize. Options are limited when one stays in a resort, we really wanted to like this place and they made an effort, but they need to improve their procedures.
